Same day is available for eligible addresses in New York City's five boroughs and northern New Jersey or the Los Angeles metro area when the order is in by 11 a.m. local time.

Provide the complete address and a working phone number for the recipient.
Hospital deliveries are subject to the hospital's access rules and the recipient's status.
If the recipient has gone home, tell us straight away so the team can look at the options.
