Not satisfiedI should have known something was up with this company when the reviews didn't seem to describe the items they were supposedly reviewing, the star ratings weren't concordant with the text in the reviews, and there were t ypographical errors in the item descriptions. Almost everything in my order was substituted.

X Bottle of Wine : Upgrade to Chilean wine was substituted with an Israeli wine of a different variety. Given the particular circumstances of this gift, an Israeli wine was particularly offensive to the recipient and it came across as an insult from me.
X Bamboo Cutting Board Small : Substituted with a white basket the recipient has no use for.
Cookie It Up Hand Made Shortbread Chocolate Chip : Delivered as described, as far as I know.
Succulent Trio 5" Potted Plant : Delivered as described, as far as I know.
X Rustic Birch Bark Ivory Candle : Substituted with lavender candle with different aesthetic.

X Happy House Warming balloon : Substituted with Good Luck balloon. These are not the same sentiment, especially given the sad circumstances of the recipient's move.
X Moroccan cheese: Not even substituted with another cheese. Cheese knives the recipient did not need were sent instead. It defeated the purpose of providing a snack on moving day.

The only positive thing is the item arrived exactly when I wanted it to. But with 5/8 items being substitutions, I will not be ordering from here again. The company declined to offer a partial refund for any of the items or any other potential remedy. They just said it's all in the fine print, they do not have not notify you of item unavailability/substitutions and they are not responsible for substitutions that were deemed excessive, not equivalent, or inappropriate for the occasion. read more..
